1. Product figurines and figurines may inevitably have small flaws, scratches, uneven oil spray, and a slight odor in the plastic material. Due to factors such as shooting techniques, ambient lighting, screen display color differences, and design, there may be some color differences between the product images on the page and the actual product received. Please refer to the color of the actual product received for final accuracy! Our store does not accept requests for returns and refunds based on color differences. Please confirm and accept before making a purchase. Taking a photo will be considered as tacit agreement!

2. Doll figurines are produced by domestic manufacturers, and the surface cannot be perfect. Generally, there will be slight defects such as uneven dyeing, slight black spots, slight discoloration, air bubbles, slight scratches, rough edges on the grinding tool interface, etc., which are normal phenomena! But the overall workmanship is still very good! The above situation is not a defective product. For those who demand too much or pursue perfection, please be cautious and take a photo as tacit approval! We do not support applications for returns, exchanges, or refunds based on this reason. Thank you!

3. This product does not support a seven day no reason return or exchange policy. It is normal for some products to have scratches or paint peeling during transportation. Before shipment, we will check that there are no quality issues before shipping. If during transportation, the goods are piled up and the accessories of the toys come off, please use glue to stick them together. These are not quality issues, and we do not support using this as a reason to apply for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We accept reshipment, and taking a reshoot is considered tacit approval!

4. If there is any leakage or severe damage, please contact customer service according to the situation. After specific negotiations, we will proceed with reissuing or exchanging the item.

5. The product size and weight on the page are manually measured (with some errors), with a size error of 1-3cm and a weight error of 0.1-0.3kg, both within the normal error range. The data is for reference only, please refer to the actual product received. Returns and refunds are not supported on the grounds of size and weight errors.

6. The production cycle of handmade toys is relatively long, and some products may be out of stock. Our store does not follow the promised delivery time on the product page system. The specific delivery time is subject to the response from customer service. We do not support returns, refunds, or claims due to delayed delivery.

8. Return and exchange issue: If you do not like the style, we do not support returns, so please consider carefully when choosing! For returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the package and send it out within 48 hours. The postmark time of the courier shall prevail. Failure to do so will be deemed as automatic waiver of after-sales service and will not be accepted. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

9. The shipping cost for returns and exchanges: If the return or exchange is caused by sending the wrong item, our store will bear the round-trip shipping cost; If the product is severely damaged during transportation (except for normal minor damage), both the buyer and the seller are responsible for the shipping cost. If a return occurs before confirming receipt, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost.
